I offer a private and highly personalised one-to-one coaching experience. Everything I do is tailored to your exact needs. You are unique. So is my coaching. I have no interest in delivering a generic ‘off the shelf’ service for the mass-market. 

I know that I can get you great results within one intensive session. I also know that true growth takes time. That’s why I offer a range of options that will meet your needs regardless of where you are currently at.

Free 30 min Consultation

This is a friendly, no obligation chat where you can tell me more about the issues you are experiencing, and we can discuss any questions and concerns you may have.

Upon booking your consultation you will be sent a short questionnaire to complete. During your free 30-min Zoom (or phone) consultation we will discuss your needs and establish if we are the right fit for each other. Should we proceed, you will then be sent the client intake forms to complete and we will arrange your first session (after choosing the most appropriate option for your goals).

'Massive Momentum' -60 Day Package (£700.00)

This package is ideal for people experiencing confidence and self-esteem issues, performance nerves, accountability, imposter syndrome, procrastination, bad habits, unhealthy lifestyles, drink/drugs, lower-level stress & anxiety**, depression, panic attacks and insomnia.

We start with an intensive 90 min session which allows us to really get to the root of what is going on and to explore what techniques and approaches will work best for you. The following three sessions last for 60-75 mins each. Sessions take place on a fortnightly basis to fit around your schedule.

** I offer specific sessions to target stress/anxiety which include a simple cortisol level test which can be done from the comfort of your home - please contact me for more info as an additional charge applies for the testing kits.

Also included:

Daily 1-1 support: for personalised on-the-spot feedback as you go. Think of this as a coach in your pocket. I’m there when you need me. You can ask questions as we go along and share whatever is on your mind without having to wait for your next session.

We will cover a lot of ground in the one-one sessions, but don’t underestimate how valuable these daily exchanges will be. Sometimes the real change takes place when you least expect it. I use the Telegram app for all instant messaging.

Weekly accountability check-in: this simple form allows you to summarise how your week has been and get clear about what you need to focus on for the week ahead. I hold you accountable to your goals and will send you a voice note (or give you a quick phone call) to ensure you are on track. This also acts as a great way to track your progress over the duration of the coaching package.

Rapid Breakthrough Session (£450.00)

A powerful one-off session aimed at eradicating a wide range of fears and phobias, traumatic events or smoking cessation. This session lasts for up to 3.5 hours and uses a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching. This approach is very effective in targeting habits and associations, therefore removing the issue altogether.

This session is highly focused on your specific issue and is designed to hit it from all angles in a short space of time. Ideal for working on issues including (but not limited to):

Single Session (£180.00)

A single session lasting 75-90 mins. Ideal for supporting your own personal-development journey and enhancing your daily wellbeing.


Great for working on general stress management, feeling calmer and more relaxed, improving sleep, boosting confidence, overcoming procrastination etc.


Could be used to help you get clarity around what you want from life, setting new goals and working out why you feel stuck or unmotivated. I can help you design the right strategy and create an action plan to get you moving forwards.


Maybe you simply want to pick my brains and ask me lots of questions!


Also an ideal 'top-up' for returning clients who have completed a package/programme.


Depending on your needs, these sessions will include the use of Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). We will discuss these at time of booking.


N.B. The single-session rate does not include any additional support in-between sessions.

Personalised Hypnotherapy Recordings (£150.00)

A fantastic tool to help reprogramme your subconscious mind and assist in overcoming whatever issues you may be facing (eg. self-doubt, stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, anger, poor sleep etc). Listening to this ‘software update’ regularly will accelerate your progress and help transform your beliefs/behaviours. When incorporated into your daily routine, these recordings can really accelerate your progress.

A highly therapeutic resource, tailor made for each individual client to include their name, personal information relevant to their issue and unique aspects of their therapy.

*All hypnotherapy sessions also include a digital audio recording of the session for you to listen back to.

All sessions can use a combination of techniques including

Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - tailored to your needs.

This means we can work with both the 'thinking brain' and the subconscious mind to deliver change at a much deeper level.
