I’m Phil – a specialist in CAM Transformational Coaching™. I help committed wellbeing seekers transform their lifestyle, habits and behaviours by looking at all aspects of their life, health and mindset. 

My approach combines Life Coaching with Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to get you real results in a short space of time.

I help people worldwide, working with clients both face-to-face and online. My clinic is based in the market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire - only a 40 min train journey from Kings Cross St.Pancras station and well connected via the A1, M1 and M25 motorways. 


Sessions are conducted in a safe, non-judgemental environment with compassion and understanding. With unrivalled support every step of the way - you are in safe hands.
